1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on swc3 or by accessing any part of the platform — including browsing the Game Lobby, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the swc3 platform.
swc3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2 Eligibility
To create an account and use swc3, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
- You are not a professionally prohibited person or otherwise legally restricted from online gaming in your location.
- You are registering and playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from swc3 or had an account terminated for breach of these terms.
swc3 conducts identity verification (KYC) as part of the account registration and activation process. You are required to provide accurate personal details and valid identification documents when requested. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
3 Account Registration & Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on swc3. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under the same name, payment method, device, or IP address — are not permitted and will be closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. swc3 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials. Account sharing is not allowed. Your swc3 account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.
4 Deposits
All deposits on swc3 are made in Philippine Peso (PHP) through supported local payment channels. Accepted deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets and online banking transfers from banks operating in the Philippines. For the current list of supported methods, visit the Deposit page.
Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. swc3 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is found to have originated from a payment account held by someone other than the registered account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected. These limits are displayed during the deposit process. swc3 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing deposits at certain thresholds.
5 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your swc3 account are processed in Philippine Peso to a verified payment account held in your own name. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your identity must be fully verified in accordance with swc3's KYC requirements.
Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by payment method. All withdrawals are reviewed for compliance before being released. swc3 may request additional documentation to support a withdrawal request where required for verification or compliance purposes.
Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only funds that have been converted to withdrawable balance — following completion of any applicable bonus conditions — may be withdrawn. Visit the Withdrawal page for full processing details.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
swc3 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is live.
General rules that apply to all swc3 bonuses include:
- Bonuses are credited in PHP to your swc3 account balance.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses may have expiry dates — unused bonus funds that expire are forfeited.
- Bonuses are intended for individual players. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture and account action.
- swc3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonuses obtained through breach of these terms.
7 Game Rules & Betting
All games and betting markets available on swc3 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market. In the event of any technical malfunction during a game session, swc3 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled unless swc3 determines that an error occurred on the platform's end. swc3 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a disrupted game session or unintended bet placement.
swc3 reserves the right to impose bet limits on any game, market, or account at its discretion. Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the swc3 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:
- Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform software.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Attempting to defraud swc3 through any means including chargebacks, false KYC information, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
- Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Any conduct that swc3 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform or other players.
9 Account Suspension & Termination
swc3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects that:
- The account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions.
- The account has been used for fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
Where an account is suspended or closed for breach of these terms, swc3 may withhold some or all funds in the account pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, all funds may be forfeited.

10 Privacy & Data
swc3 collects and processes personal data as part of the account registration, KYC verification, and ongoing platform operation. The types of data collected, how it is used, and how it is protected are detailed in the swc3 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
All personal and financial data transmitted through the swc3 platform is protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. swc3 does not sell personal data to third parties.
11 Responsible Gaming
swc3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. Online gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.
swc3 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps on your account.
- Session reminders — receive notifications about the duration of your active gaming session.
